Dr. Victor Poteet is one of the owners of STAAR LABS. He has a Pharm.D. degree and worked as a pharmacist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he learned a lot about making sterile products and eventually became a supervisor. Later, Dr. Poteet gained more experience in making both sterile and non-sterile compounds.
