1. Order Processing:

Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) on business days are processed on the same day.

Orders made after 12 PM (EST) or during holidays/weekends will be processed on the next
business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.

- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 2 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day. Additional charges apply.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees vary based on the selected shipping method and the weight of the order.

Accurate costs will be provided at checkout.

4. International Shipping:

Unfortunately, STAAR LABS is only able to ship to locations in the United States.

5. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can monitor your package's progress using this number.
