RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with STAAR LABS.

Because we sell ingestible dietary supplements, we maintain strict return policies to ensure product safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS – SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations:

We accept returns only for unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be factory sealed
  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Partially used products
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional or bundled items
  • Gift cards
  • Subscription renewal orders that were not canceled prior to the 48-hour billing deadline

This policy protects product integrity and prevents supplement misuse or abuse.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are subject to this same return policy.

Failure to cancel a subscription at least 48 hours before renewal billing does not automatically qualify the order for refund.

By enrolling in a subscription, customers acknowledge recurring billing terms as outlined in our Terms of Service and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact info@staarlabs.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of replacement or refund.

Approved damaged-item claims may be:

  • Replaced
  • Refunded
  • Issued store credit

at our discretion.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was confirmed defective or shipped in error.

Refunds are not issued until the product is physically received and inspected.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Place a new order.
  2. Submit a return request for the unopened item.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting STAAR LABS to resolve an issue may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit fulfillment and tracking documentation
  • Dispute invalid chargebacks
  • Restrict future purchases

POLICY UPDATES

STAAR LABS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Continued use of the Website and purchase of products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
