Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. STAAR LABS reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment.

Once the carrier has possession of the package, STAAR LABS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If an order cannot be recovered from the carrier due to incorrect address submission, STAAR LABS is not obligated to issue a refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms delivery, STAAR LABS is not responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Misplacement
  • Loss after delivery

Customers must file any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

We may assist with documentation at our discretion but are not responsible for carrier determinations.
